- Design of construction of experimental plots for determination of impact of slag ashes on the environment of underground water; technological design prepared with close co-operation with the Institute of Industrialised Zones Ecology /Instytut Ekolologii Terenów Uprzemysłowionych/ in Katowice under the management of professor Jacek M. Łączny,
- Decision on building permit,
- Execution of plots in the following scope:
- four lysimeters with carrying of water away to the pumping station,
   - pumping station with power terminal,
   - area development with fencing and internal roads.
    

During the implementation, for the Investor's request, we adapted the area for establishment of research model for studying of cultivation on slag ashes by the Academy of Agriculture in Szczecin /Akademia Rolnicza w Szczecinie/ that, on its own, prepared 46 several types of soil mixes and established cultivation.
