PROJBUD Co. Ltd. in Szczecin (Poland) was registered at the District Court in Szczecin in 1988 under the RHB No. 90, and presently under the KRS No. 0000112970. During its activity, the Company designed, supervised and implemented building structures both in the Province and in the City of Szczecin.

The scope of services offered by the Company is as follows:
comprehensive design services in the scope of construction industry,
studies in the scope of environment protection,
geological surveys of soil
preparation of investment, performance of substitute investor's functions, author's and investor's supervision,
evaluation and turnover of real estates,
reclamation of deteriorated areas.

As from 1994 PROJBUD Sp. z o.o. has been the member of the Construction Design Chamber /Izba Projektowania Budowlanego/ under the number of 463. As from 2003 the Company has been the member of the Side Combustion Products Union /Unia Ubocznych Produktów Spalania/. The Company was granted the Certificate of "RELIABLE PARTNER" /"SOLIDNY PARTNER"/ in 1997 and 1998. In 2001 and 2008, the Company introduced and was granted ISO 9001:2001 i ISO 14001:2004 Quality Management Certificate in the scope of: "Design and investment substitution in raising, modernizations and renovations of buildings structures. Constructions and recultivation of industrial waste landfills.

PROJBUD Sp. z o.o. has got a third-party insurance for the performance of its activity, up to the amount of PLN 2 000 000.
